Sue Baron, 85, of Charles City, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 in Burnsville, Minnesota with family by her side and the love, prayers, and support of her entire family, dear friends, and her Charles City community.
A service will be planned for a later date.
Sue Claire (McDowell) Baron, the daughter of Clarence and Inez Grace (McKinney) McDowell, was born November 23, 1935 in Topeka, Kansas. She graduated from Manhattan High School in Manhattan, Kansas and continued her education by receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kansas State University where she met Robert “Bob” Baron.  Sue and Bob were married for 57 years and were blessed with four children and seven grandchildren. Sue’s life was devoted to her family, friends, community service, and her strong faith. ....
