Bam Construct appoints new Scottish boss Bam Construct has promoted Jim Ward to director of its Scottish division. Ward will take over from Bruce Dickinson, who has moved into a broader role at Royal Bam Group. The new boss of the Scottish business has been with Bam Construct for 40 years and worked on flagship schemes in the region including the V&A Dundee and Bam’s current Atlantic Square scheme.
