As it stands the committee is all volunteer. The workload as of now are far too labor intensive to be sustained by a volunteer board. They are not even get paid enough to go to the site visits and that is a problem and i will also throw on top of this is the chair of the Shelter Monitoring Committee, they went to that shelter twice. That is what it looks like. They went to that shelter twice and couldnt even inspect the shelter.
