    JOHNSON COUNTY, Kansas (KCTV) — On Tuesday, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office announced that they have solved a cold case from 1985. According to Johnson County District Attorney Stephen Howe, Geter Rhymes has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Gary Watson. That charges is a Class A felony with a potential life sentence. Rhymes’ bond has been set at $1 million. Rhymes is currently in Missouri and is going through the extradition process. Erin Jeanette Mueller was Gods gift when she was born on May 9, 1979. He called her home on November 29, 2020, at age 41. Erin was a joyful child who showed promising potential. An excellent swimmer, Erin swam for the Hanford Piranhas for two seasons. She excelled in elementary school, played clarinet, and participated in 4H.
