Updated Oxford Magistrates' Court where cases from the Banbury area are held Merban Ali Hussain, 31, of Padbury Drive, Banbury was fined £120 for breaking the coronavirus lockdown on April 3, 2020 at The Causeway, Banbury. The court heard Hussain left the place he was living at in Charlotte Avenue, Bicester without reasonable excuse and made off from police officers and hid behind a car on a private driveway.
