Vancouver driver in 2014 fatal Halloween crash resentenced to 15 years in prison
The driver who struck and killed 7-year-old Cadence Boyer while she was trick-or-treating Halloween night 2014 in east Vancouver was resentenced Wednesday to 15 years in prison -- about 1 1⁄2 years less than his original sentence.
