　　今年上半年，东莞全市重大项目累计完成投资485.1亿元，同比增长18.4%，两年平均增长25.3%。省重点项目完成投资253.9亿元，完成年度投资计划的70%，进度在全省各地市排第一。通过重大项目加速落地攻坚，东莞全力推动经济向GDP破万亿的目标迈进。

　　OPPO基建项目总监步杰平表示，企业将把OPPO智能制造中心建设为一个集研发、制造、人才住宿于一体的科技园，作为OPPO前沿科技发展和全球业务拓展的重要战略支点之一。
　　当下，智能制造等战略性新兴产业已展现出强大的成长潜力。面对战略性新兴产业的空前蓝海，东莞正以重大项目作为抓手，进一步培育壮大新动能。去年以来，东莞在全市统筹60平方公里土地，大手笔建设7大战略性新兴产业基地，谋划一批千亿级战略性新兴产业集群，构筑支撑未来高质量发展的新动能。
　　在7大战略性新兴产业基地之一、塘厦镇临深新一代电子信息产业基地内的凤凰科技产业园，计划总投资45亿元的顺络新型电子元件及精密陶瓷项目1期两栋厂房、宿舍已基本达成竣工条件，预计厂房设备将于8月进场调试。
