Councillors refused permission for the Coombe Lea 5G plan PLANS to site 5G phone masts on the roof of a building in the heart of a conservation area in Hove have been turned down. Councillors voted unanimously to refuse permission for six antennas on the roof of Coombe Lea in Grand Avenue, Hove, at a Brighton and Hove City Council Planning Meeting on Wednesday.
