New Hampshire man charged with DUI in Toms River Parkway crash The cause of an accident that closed down the southbound exit of 82 on the Garden State Parkway Tuesday night was the result of a New Hampshire man driving behind the influence and crashing into another vehicle. Toms River Police said Avery Murch, 25, of Weare, New Hampshire and Thomas Holl, 32, of Toms River were both heading south on the GSP around 4:00 pm when Holl entered the right lane heading towards Exit 82 as Murch tried getting into the same lane.
