Arm goes public in New York, a bet on a still convalescent market

British chip designer Arm is set to make its debut Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange, the biggest IPO in nearly two years. The operation was initiated by this Japanese investment company, decided to list Arm, reference in microprocessor design, whose models are integrated into 99% of smartphones in the world.
