Leading airline British Airways has put twice-weekly flights on sale to Portugal from Newcastle Airport after the government added the country to England’s ‘Green List’. The route between Newcastle International Airport and Bristol Airport has resumed following a temporary suspension due to the Covid-19 pandemic. easyJet is operating flights between the two cities four days a week throughout May and June, increasing to six days a week from July.
