Let's assume bill barr got that information and decided to try to suppress it and fougnot let the light of day. there is actually a criminal offense that arguably would come into play. it's called accessory after the fact. because if you know that a crime against the united states has been committed and you do anything to help the perpetrator avoid apprehension, punishment, et cetera, you are actually committing your own crime. i'm not accusing barr of wanting to do that or intending to do it. but you can't suppress evidence of crime that has been found by bob mueller in my opinion. >> cynthia...
