Got a Dean's letter? Here's what to do

Go on the Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board website and fill out a declaration letter stating that you got paid during the ordinary course of business. An avoidance claim declaration letter can prove that you got paid during the ordinary course of business. If you got a letter demanding money as a result of the Dean Foods bankruptcy, don’t pay it. Your best bet is to fill out an avoidance claim declaration as soon as possible.
