Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan opened with Rs. 90 crores approx at the Indian box office yesterday, making it fourth highest opener in the country behind Baahubali 2, RRR and KGF Chapter 2.
The Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan grossed AUD 400,000 on Thursday in Australia. This marks the second-highest first day ever for a Bollywood film down under, second only to SRK’s own Pathaan.
Even before a single show of Jawan is played, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer has already raked in USD 4.50 million in pre-sales for the weekend as of Tuesday night.
As of Friday night, the overseas pre-sales for Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan stands at a staggering USD 2 million for the weekend, with around half of that coming for first day, beating Pathaan.
Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan is outselling SRK's Pathaan at the overseas box office same point of time before release, almost everywhere, wherever the pre-sales have started.
