SOME ARE unhappy that Greens of Colour have appointed a white ally as co-secretary. Speaking anonymously, a source told The Voice: “The Green Party are sniffing black votes and not being transparent with it.” There was concern that if a white person could be elected to the party executive, they could become chair of the group – however, Greens of Colour have clarified that this is not the case.
