Records. Last yore alone colorado provided 24 million of Marijuana Tax dollars the a Construction Grant Program for school districts. However, the denver district did not apply for those funds. A School Spokesperson says the district didnt apply because the funds typically go to rural communities. So it is true the district saw none of the money.
