Independent staff report JACKSON TWP. Aqua Ohio plans to start replacing 6,100 feet of primary waterlines this week on multiple roads in the western part of the township. The project was to begin a couple of weeks ago but got delayed. It includes parts of Amherst Road NW — between Gladys Street NW and Traphagen Street NW — as well as along Traphagen within Amherst and Wales Avenue NW.
