A Parliamentary panel on Tuesday flagged the poor performance of the Food Processing Industries Ministry, saying it has consistently under utilised allocated funds and even the flagship scheme Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana (PMKSY) has failed to garner good response.
