It's that time of the year again: the NoCo's Best food and restaurant competition! I had the honor of researching the best burger in NoCo. Northern Colorado voted Bad Daddy's Burger Bar, Stuft Burger Bar, and Big Al's Burgers and Dogs as the top three burger places in Norhtern Colorado. Viva Chicken, a fast-casual Peruvian rotisserie joint, announced the lease signing of its next location at the Nexton Development in Summerville. The restaurant is slated to open in December 2021. This first Summerville restaurant will be located within Nexton Square - 506 Nexton Square Drive, Suite 103, Summerville, easily accessible from Interstate 26.
