The event will take place on Thursday, Sept. 14. Registration is open online and can also be done in person on the day of the event, starting at 4:30 p.m., in the Grand Cities Mall parking lot.
Community members can bring their ATV's, UTV's motorcycles and golf cars out to the Alerus Center parking lot as registration will begin at 4 p.m. The parade will begin at 6 p.m. starting at Alerus Drive South and making its way through the city before returning to the Alerus Center
