Jason Chen, the man arrested in the killing of Jasmine "Jazzy" Pace, has been formally indicted, according to Hamilton County District Attorney Coty Wamp.
It was the first time Jasmine's family saw her accused killer.
As accused killer Jason Chen walked into a Hamilton County criminal courtroom Tuesday, a woman in a blue silk blouse stood up in the front row of the gallery.
Jason Chen is facing criminal homicide charges.
