Our Correspondent Diphu, July 7 (EMN):  The BJP-East Karbi Anglong District Committee (BJP-EKADC) on Wednesday organised a victory rally at Diphu government Boys HS School playground, to express gratitude to the people of Karbi Anglong for putting their faith in the BJP and allowing the party to win in all the 26 Member of Autonomous Council (MAC) seats of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC). The election was held on June 8 in both 6th Schedule districts of Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong. The rally witnessed the joining of several party workers and supporters from other parties and candidates, who lost in the concluded KAAC elections. Among them were Congress leader and independent candidate from Kopili MAC constituency, Bajong Tisso; Congress leader and independent candidate from Lumbajong MAC constituency, Rangsina Hanse; former president, KSA and United Democratic Front of Surupathar (UDFS) backed independent candidate from Surupathar MAC constituency, Simeon Rongphar ....
