Halifax Health Medical Center has filed a lawsuit accusing AdventHealth’s Hospital in Daytona Beach of failing to provide up to $71.9 million worth of uncompensated care in the past 10 years as required by an agreement between the two hospitals. In their response, AdventHealth attorneys dispute that they owe Halifax anything.
