Erie's Baldwin Brothers buys Longhorn Steakhouse property on Peach St.
Baldwin Brothers Inc. manages, owns or operates more than 3 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate in 19 states, but the Erie-based company is still making big investments in its hometown. The most recent involves a well-known chain restaurant on the upper Peach Street commercial corridor in Summit Township.
