Was pulled from the Little Miami River saturday. Walk to bam berns jumped into the river after a brief chase by officers. He was considered a person of interest in connection to a fire. Tonight family and friends are remembering berns as a veteran gone to soon. Fox19 nows Frankie Jupiter was at the vigil earlier today and has the story. This vigil that happened behind me had already been schedule for the missing vet, before he was found. Now a family hopes to heal after their loss.
