The Annual General Court ( AGC ) of the Bank will be held at 12:15 p.m. (or, if later, as soon as possible thereafter as the Annual General Meeting of the Bank of Ireland Group plc ( BOIG ) convened for 11:00 a.m. on the same date and at the same venue, shall have been concluded or adjourned, on Tuesday, 25 May 2021 in Baggot Plaza, 27 - 33 Upper Baggot Street, Dublin 4, D04 VX58.
In 2017, the Bank became a subsidiary of BOIG. Only the appointed representative of BOIG (the holder of all of the Bank s Ordinary Stock) is entitled to attend and vote at the AGC. The Directors of the Bank had no interests in the stock of the Bank as at 31 December 2020. There has been no change in the interests of each Director in the Bank from 31 December 2020 to date. ....
