Bar Talk: Mollie Aspen
For 2024, I'm leaning into the new year, discoveries mentality and I am devoting my Bar Talks for January to tasting cocktails at new bars/restaurants in the valley. Or at least new to me bars and restaurants, because despite living in Aspen for a good amount of time, I have not saddled up to every bar the town has to offer.
