Rehoboth Beach Delaware 19971United States Nearly 40 cars, many with at least two people, participated in a drive-by birthday party for Irene Dash, who celebrated her 100th birthday Dec. 6. Dash lives in the Sawgrass community off Old Landing Road outside of Rehoboth with her daughter, Barbara Dash, 74. Dash’s other daughter, Miki Dash-Wilkinson, 69, lives in Lewes.
