Kahrs Sr., age 70, of French Rd. are deeply saddened to report his passing, after a lengthy illness on Friday May 14, 2021 at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg. The family has entrusted funeral arrangements to the care and direction of the Phillips Memorial Home, Waddington. Ed was born to the late Charles and Dorothy (O’Brien) Kahrs in Brooklyn, NY on November 12, 1950.
