Claremore Kennel Club’s dog show will be this Easter weekend at the Claremore Expo Center.

Ginger, a dog adopted from the shelter in Carson City, went to the Barn Hunt National and won big. She now can add the 2016 Grand National Championship, Versatility Championship, and Games Silver Medalist to last year's Games Championship.

For Ashlee Pezzuto, owner of the Dog Spa in Warrenton, her six Siberian Huskies are part of her family. They are also powerful competitive racing sled dogs.

Cooper favorite thing to do is run around our 2 acre yard. He loves people and is overjoyed when they come to our house. Cooper ran his first FASTCAT this year. Hoping to do more of that. His other claim to fame is winning his Instinct title in Barn Hunt and first leg towards his Novice. Recently Aunt Sandy gave him a little agility set and he lives going through the tunnel and learning the weave poles! He’s been such a good boy, easy to train for a Scotty!

This is Ginger, the 2015 Barn Hunt Association's National Games Champion! The competition was held just a few weeks ago at Purina Farms, near St. Louis, MO. The second place team is from Gardnerville and the Grand Champion is from Elko! Only the top dogs out of 15,000 registered were eligible to compete. Ginger also holds a Flyball Master title.
