Sash window replacement and roofing repairs Hi - We have just moved onto the ladder and need to do some work on our house. Before we moved in we knew from our surveyor that the roof needs replacing (and at the same time we would like to do a loft conversion). Also our windows are single glazed wooden sash windows - some of which are rotten and all are draughty. We don't know whether to replace with PVC as wooden sash double glazing seems quite expensive. Does anyone have recommendations for a good roofing / loft conversion company and / or windows (either wooden or PVC).
