Results of Operation For the fourth quarter 2020, Trinity Bank, N.A. reported Net Income after Taxes of $1,246,000, an increase of 2.1% over fourth quarter 2019 earnings of $1,220,000. Earnings per diluted common share for the fourth quarter 2020 amounted to $1.10, level with fourth quarter 2019 results of $1.10 per diluted common share.
