NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Uptown neighborhood taco stand and margarita garden Barracuda will open its second location in Algiers Point on the West Bank today at 446 Pelican Ave. Barracuda was founded by Brett Jones in March 2019 with a focus on accessible and easy-going dining. His decision to open a second location in Algiers Point was driven by its strong sense of community and storied history.
The new Barracuda outpost will offer walk up counter service, and extensive shaded and covered patio seating across from Confetti Park. Expect all the classic menu staples, including the beloved Deluxe customization (with griddled cheese & guac), cocktails to stay or to-go, as well as a takeaway menu that includes family-style meals, packaged flour tortillas, and fresh salsas. ....
