WOOSTER The Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center will be the site for COVID-19 testing this month. The pop-up testing site on the Ohio State University branch campus at 1680 Madison Ave. will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 9, according to a news release.
