Winners across nine categories in the prestigious BFI Future Film Festival Awards have been given prizes totalling more than £12,000, plus invaluable mentorships from industry leaders.
Supported by Netflix, the awards recognise and celebrate some of the talented young filmmakers, aged 16 to 25, whose films screened as part of this year’s festival.
London animation studio This Thing of Ours said it took its concept to the BBC in March 2020.
