HARRISBURG – At an event in Lancaster over the weekend, members of the Shapiro administration highlighted the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program (PAMSP).
Pennsylvania residents with a motorcycle permit can earn a motorcycle license or those with a license can refresh their skills through a variety of PAMSP training.
The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is encouraging experienced motorcyclists to brush up on their safety training through a pilot program.
"It’s a real humbling experience when you take somebody who has never been on a motorcycle, and by the first hour, hour and a half, you can say, you just rode a motorcycle."
