License On April 18 at 2 a.m., police arrested Tyler Allen, 30, of 390 Sand Turn Road, West Kingston, on one charge of driving with a suspended license. The arrest was made after Allen was pulled over on South County Trail for allegedly making an illegal U-turn. He told police heâd made the turn after forgetting his debit card at work, and that he didnât have an active drivers license.
