DEMING – A decline in COVID-19 cases across New Mexico and the "Turquoise" map color Luna County has achieved in terms of declining COVID-19 infections, prompted the American Legion Bataan Post 4 to conduct its traditional Memorial Day ceremony on Monday at Mountain View Cemetery.
