solutions. >> you mentioned the victims and that's a very good point. no one seems to have a clear understanding as to where they came from, why they are here, but we do know one thing for sure, they are in fact causing an uproar here and they are engaged in a dangerous situation with police. >> pretty dangerous situation and they don't realize the magnitude of that situation. and i would hate to see it happen. however, i don't think the message will get through until something extras rick does happen. >> one theft residents who lived in this neighborhood, his insight on what is happening here. we're moving forward now as its looked like again police are holding their position here. you have neighbors looking out from what is going on from the steps of their home. this is happening in a neighborhood and an active neighborhood. people live here. and all of this is happening in their neighborhood.
