A building on Waterview Drive in Shelton has sold for $10.5 million to the principal of the Greenwich-based Baugier & Co. Inc. PBC Waterview LLC and principal Patrick Baugier bought the light industrial-distribution building at 1 Waterview Drive in a deal recorded July 22. The seller is One Waterview LLC and principal L. Robert Leib, affiliated with Roseland-N.J.-based Mountain Development and MDC Investment Property XI LLC. The building contains 94,800 square feet of space, sitting on 9.3 acres in an industrial zone.
