Machine jammed. The paper jammed. Reporter and this happen often . No that paper jam prevented it from issuing a ballot. But, she had checked in according to that machine. Reporter bennett says the machine statewide are set up to issue one ballot per person per election. The provisional ballot was karens only option. Really they get the opportunity to vote. Reporter canvassing board reviews and with inconsistenceies. Karens ballot passed and her votes were scanned. They counted. The system is not going to work if we dont challenge the system.
