Northwest Arkansas Naturals pitcher Beck Way extended his scoreless innings streak to 7 2/3 innings over five outings this season after notching his first career save with a scoreless ninth inning Friday evening against Midland. The right-hander struggled as a starter a year ago, but was outstanding in a move to the bullpen. As a starter in 2023, Way had a 9.23 ERA, while he had a 1.93 ERA in 11 relief appearances.
