The city of Dubuque has secured an $8 million federal grant to help pay for a flood mitigation project along Bee Branch Creek.
"You know, it's kind of easy to get bored in small towns. But, it had such a beautiful night sky, being so far away from any city lights and that's what got me interested in astronomy from the time I was a really young kid."
