Donna Earlene Howard, 76, prominent peace activist and homeless advocate of Duluth passed away July 31, 2022. Donna was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, friend, mentor, and a moral compass for those around her. Donna was born on July 3, 1946 to loving parents Earl and Charlotte Howard in Ames, Iowa.
