Neil Tague Three senior directors, led by managing director Stephen Harris, have taken over the running of the Macclesfield consultancy as founders Denise and Peter Emery step down. The management buyout process was started in 2016 as the Emerys looked to pass on the business they founded in 1985. Emery’s board is now led by three senior directors; Caroline Payne, Rawdon Gascoigne and Harris, who have each been with the firm for more than 15 years.
