A Davenport man awaiting trial on a burglary charge in Rock Island County and an operating while intoxicated charge in Scott County was arrested by Davenport Police for allegedly shooting
The shooting involving six law enforcement officers left Kenneth Carrol of Davenport dead on Oct. 30.
Six Iowa State Patrol Troopers and police officers involved in a pursuit and death of a man shot at them were identified.
The department later identified the individual as Davenport resident Kenneth Jamel Carrol, 24. Six officers are on leave pending investigation.
