Gouge, Janie Tuesday, January 12, 2021 Janie was born on Oct. 21, 1957, in Jefferson City, Tn., to Jim and Dara Gouge. She graduated from Central High School in Chattanooga. She received a BA in vocal performance from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga and a MBA from Phoenix University. She taught piano and voice lessons for 33 years and served many area churches directing children’s choirs, singing, and playing the piano.
