Grambling State University and Louisiana Tech University graduates missing their college towns are in for a treat. The City of Ruston is offering $10,000 to talented graduates if they move back to the area. Ruston Mayor Ronny Walker announced details for the Welcome to Ruston program at a press conference Tuesday, explaining that the city will award $10,000 to each of 25 households who move within a 3-mile radius of Ruston.
