Scrivner Store served a near-forgotten community for decades
The community of Scrivner, located a few miles southeast of Russellville, is now little more than a scattering of buildings along a stretch of country road. But for years, it was a well-known destination because of a small general store that provided a range of necessities and other unique items for area residents.
