In his opinion column, Where solar arrays shouldnât go is as critical as where they do go, (December 2020), Lee Epstein states that we should take care to only locate solar energy fields where they are appropriate. First, he is absolutely correct. Careful placement of solar energy is a must to avoid damage to wildlife, arable land and the power grid itself.
